playspin accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). playspin does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the payment method used for deposits must be registered in your own name.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. playspin does not charge processing fees on standard deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which playspin bears no responsibility.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance checks. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within one (1) hour during business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank may take one (1) to three (3) business days. playspin reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal.
playspin is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. All transactions are monitored in accordance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws. playspin may request proof of source of funds at any time.
